Where a testamentary trust specifically provides that the residuary trust income is to be paid to the settlor's children and can only be paid to issue of such children upon the death of the primary beneficiary, the issue of said children cannot invade the corpus of the trust while the primary beneficiary lives. 2. Where the language of the trust instrument makes clear the intent of the settlor to allow distribution of trust assets only to the stated beneficiaries, payment of support for the spouse and children of a beneficiary cannot be made from the trust in the face of such an explicit limitation.
